Service Description

Once a week (at a time that works best for you) we will meet together on Skype or FaceTime. We will go over the past week, how you are feeling, expand on last week’s session, and focus on what you will need for the following week. Each yoga session will begin with a breathing exercises, going over the eight-limbs of yoga, a focus on postural practice, and end with a guided meditation. After each session, you will receive an e-mail of what we covered that day, as well as a plan and a detailed sequence of yoga asana for you to practice throughout your week.
