Service Description

Start your journey with a one-on-one consultation with Sarah, and then sign on for weekly 90 minute sessions. Learn the basics of yogic philosophy, such as asana, pranayama, and meditation, and how to bring these practices into your daily life. Whether you just want to bring more movement into your life and build strength from within, or learn how to destress and bring more mindfulness into your life, these classes are suited to fit your personal needs! Once a week (at a time that works best for you) we will meet together on Skype or FaceTime. We will go over the past week, how you are feeling, expand on last week’s session, and focus on what you will need for the following week. Each yoga session will begin with a breathing exercises, going over the eight-limbs of yoga, a focus on postural practice, and end with a guided meditation. After each session, you will receive an e-mail of what we covered that day, as well as a plan and a detailed sequence of yoga asana for you to practice throughout your week.
