Start your journey with a one-on-one consultation with Sarah, and then sign on for weekly 60-90 minute sessions. Learn the basics of yogic philosophy, such as asana, pranayama, and meditation, and how to bring these practices into your daily life. Whether you just want to bring more movement into your life and build strength from within, or learn how to destress and bring more mindfulness into your life, these classes are suited to fit your personal needs! During the initial Skype/FaceTime consultation, we will get to know each other a little bit more, go over your health history, expectations, goals you have for your yoga/wellness journey, and answer any questions you may have. During this meeting, Sarah will guide you through a meditation and introduce pranayama (breath control) and some basic yoga asana (postures).
